Typical posting status
You can track your payment in the Activity List. A completed transaction usually shows a message like “The amount has been posted to the Biller.”
If it’s taking longer than expected
- Check you entered the correct Meralco Reference Number.
- Verify your receipt and reference details in the app.
- If the status stays pending for an extended time, follow the pending-payment steps.
