How to Pay Your Meralco Bill With PayMaya
Skip the lines and pay your Meralco electricity bill online using PayMaya (Maya) in just a few taps. You don’t need to enroll the biller—just make sure your PayMaya account has enough balance before you start.
Before you start
- An active PayMaya (Maya) account
- Sufficient wallet balance
- Your Meralco Reference Number (found on your Meralco bill)
Step-by-step: Pay Meralco using PayMaya
- Login to PayMaya and open the Pay Bills tab.
- Select Meralco as the biller, then tap Done.
- Enter the required fields: Meralco Reference Number and the amount.
- Tap Pay to submit your payment.
- Once successful, you’ll see a payment receipt.
- Open your Activity List to view the payment status.
- Payment is completed when the status says “The amount has been posted to the Biller.”
Where to find your Meralco Reference Number
Your Meralco Reference Number is usually shown near the bottom of your Meralco bill. Double-check digits before paying to avoid failed or delayed posting.
