PayMaya Meralco Payment Confirmation
After paying, always save proof. PayMaya/Maya shows a receipt screen and a transaction record in your Activity List.
Where to find your receipt
- Right after a successful payment, you’ll see a payment receipt screen.
- You can also open the transaction from your Activity List.
What to save as proof
- Screenshot of the receipt screen
- Transaction reference / ID (from the details view)
- Status text indicating it has been posted to the biller
